Modern Club Administration
Learn from proven experts as they unveil the secrets to modern soccer club administration. Discover best practices in fiscal management, community and board engagement, effective communication, growth and retention strategies, and leadership development.
Developing Growth of a Team
Learn how to transform a group of players into a winning team. Experts will share proven strategies to foster team chemistry, resolve conflicts, and implement effective game models, phases of play, formations, and attacking and defending principles.
Developing Growth of the Individual Player
Experts will share their insights on deliberate coaching methods to develop individual players in the following areas: Cognitive: Decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
